This program offers you practical tools to help you respond to experiences such as anxiety, stress, depression, low energy, negative self talk, physical pain and emotional pain like grief, sadness, loss, anger, resentment, agitation and rage.
Participants will learn skills to help to connect to and attend to sensations in the body with kindness.
We will discuss the benefits of rituals like sun salutations, pranayama, asana, point of focus meditation and breath to movement exercises.
