Yoga Offerings
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Your journey starts with a 30-minute assessment with The Juicy Life Coach, Kimberly Zimmerman, to get clear on your specific needs, goals and physical limitations. This session is complimentary with the purchase of a private yoga class or package.
A Juicy Private Yoga session allows for one-on-one attention in a safe, non-threatening environment through a custom-tailored practice developed with your specific needs in mind.
GREAT FOR ANY LEVEL OF STUDENT
Private yoga sessions are a fantastic way for beginners to learn and get accustomed to the Asanas (postures) of yoga through direct one-on-one coaching in a safe, non-threatening environment. Intermediate or advanced students looking to deepen their practice benefit from the focused, individualized attention of a private session and custom sequences designed just for them.
DEVELOP A REGULAR PRACTICE
To receive all the benefits that yoga has to offer and truly see results, working towards a regular yoga practice of at least 3 times per week, whether through classes or practicing on your own at home, is highly encouraged. Through private sessions, Kimberly can help you to develop a well-balanced regular practice which you can then take to your mat at home empowering you with the confidence to achieve this goal in a way that fits with your own schedule and individual needs.
Group SESSIONS
A private group yoga session makes for a fun, life-affirming, healthy activity that can be enjoyed by any group whether at a corporate retreat, family gathering or bachelorette party. Group rates for one-off use are very affordable and based on the number of participants.
Sessions are led by a certified instructor, Kimberly Zimmerman, the owner of The Juicy Life.
Group sessions can also get a juice flight added on as well, and always makes for an extra juicy experience!
What Makes The Juicy Life Yoga Different
We understand that not everyone fully understands the different types of yoga and every single person is unique in their journey. That is why we customize each yoga session to the person and/or group to be tailored to the needs and experience of those attending.
We have FOUR different types of yoga experiences based on your wants and experience.
MOVE
This is a more dance-focused yoga class, let loose and have some fun all while doing yoga at the same time.
Chill
Chill is more focused on restorative and gentle yoga.
Flow
Focused more on listening to your body and moving with the flow.
Flow strength
Similar to Flow, but Flow Strength incorporates weights as well.
